Currently I know I've left a few TODOs in the codebase. Before we get to production, it would be nice to have a look and make sure any of the more urgent TODOs are fixed up.

[x] Switch to local copy of Bootstrap
[x] Search codebase for TODOs and fix up any glaring issues, but break out into new follow-up issues for lower priority fixes

Well instead of fixing TODOs in this way, I just kinda shipped it, then fixed anything that was breaking, and left some TODOs for future people to see and either laugh or cry at.
