Purpose

Put together the initial bits of the frontend prototype hooked up to the backend API

Solution

Integrate Next.js
Add CORS to the backend (right now insecure * allow all, but shouldn't be an issue since this is internal)
Make sure data is being fetched from the API correctly

Test Cases

[x] Start a new round and make sure it still works as expected without additional logic/state needed

Notes

I will add pause/transition states later
I will caps option choices later
