Image build now getting hung up at ' #13

After merging https://github.com/geerlingguy/docker-ubuntu2004-ansible/pull/12, I'm now seeing in the image build pipeline:

Setting up tzdata (2021a-0ubuntu0.20.04) ...
debconf: unable to initialize frontend: Dialog
debconf: (TERM is not set, so the dialog frontend is not usable.)
debconf: falling back to frontend: Readline

Sorry for that, I opened #14 and hope this fixes it.
