Update iozone version (is 434, should be 489) #30

On the wiki microSD card benchmark page (https://www.pidramble.com/wiki/benchmarks/microsd-cards), the iozone download link should be for version 489, which is the latest on this page: http://www.iozone.org

Also update all the other commands to match the version, and for sudo ln -s /home/pi/iozone_434/src/current/iozone /usr/local/bin/iozone that needs to change to be /home/pi/iozone3_[version]... (notice the missing 3)
