Summary

I destroyed my vagrant box, updated the box to the latest version and attempted to rebuild. Now it's failing during provisioning during the Enable Apache Mods task.

Could you post your config.yml? Also, do you know which version of Drupal VM you are using? It should say in the CHANGELOG.

It looks like I haven't updated drupalvm in a while: 4.0.0 "We've Got Company" (2016-12-10)

The main issue is:

vagrant_box: geerlingguy/ubuntu1204

Drupal VM and @geerlingguy's roles no longer support 12.04.

Updating the box and downloading the latest drupalvm look to have done it. Thanks!
