Why am I getting task failed on known_hosts? #2187

Summary

I am getting this error on vagrant up. I keep getting it no matter how many times I destroyed the box and tried again. The error is

TASK [Check if local known_hosts file is present.] *****************************
fatal: [drupalvm]: FAILED! => {"changed": false, "msg": "Permission denied"}
