Fix Speedtest connections on Starlink dashboard #15

For Starlink monitoring, there are a few blank spots where the Speedtest data goes (just because my dashboard copied from @dwillcocks uses a different speedtest metric).

I need to fix up the link in two places:

[x] Speed Test (the little metric)
[x] 3x under 'Best Speedtest.net In Last 24 Hours
