Due to new restrictions built into Ubuntu 23.04 regarding system Python and the move to systemd-resolved the Ansible runs fails on Ubuntu 23.04.
For Ubuntu 23.04, Docker compose needs to be installed with apt-get and the local DNS needs to be setupo in dhclient, after disabling systemd-resolved.
As an interim action, you can do the following to install:
sudo apt-get install docker-compose
sudo apt-get install python3-virtualenv
python3 -m venv ~/inet-pi-ansible
. ~/inet-pi-ansible/bin/activate
tasks/docker.yml
and delete theInstall Docker Compose using Pip.
