Dns updates #526

Adds additional blackbox modules, prometheus jobs, and grafana dashboard to improve monitoring of DNS status.

allows comparing performance/latency of local pihole/adguard/technitium/pfblocker instances to ISP/Cloud/VPN providers allows monitoring of adblock effectiveness adds dashboard specific to pihole monitoring

interesting work. i do agree the dashboard could be more comprehensive, and a pi-hole dashboard is useful. i would like to see some of these features incorporated in main
