Switch to Ubuntu 18.04.2 #3

...because that's the default for Drupal VM now!

Apparently I already did this for the 2.0.0 base box for VirtualBox 6.0.4... but I must have never pushed that change up!

I'm testing a new build on 6.0.8 now.
