Having reinstalled MotionEye a few weeks ago thought I'd share some useful information.
The main MotionEye project is still under active development under the repo: https://github.com/motioneye-project/motioneye You will likely have issues with booting MotionEyeOS as it's incompatible with newer Pi firmwares, I personally used DietPi as it has a built in installer script for MotionEye but obviously you can just use Raspbian https://github.com/motioneye-project/motioneye/wiki/Install-on-Raspbian-Bullseye
