Same for me, works on Mac. Some issues with Linux, it could be Nvidia related. Three computer, all running Pop_OS 20.04. The Pi Cam works on Thinkpad T420 with integrate graphics and on a desktop with AMD CPU and Ryzan x580 graphics. It does not on a System76 Gazelle with Nvidia graphics.

Can confirm that it works on a Thinkpad T470 with Intel integrated graphics. I don't have a machine with Nvidia graphics to test.
