Various improvements #11

Hi, thanks for the amazing plugin - very helpful. I took the time to change it to a cds-plugin and to add Component-Preload file handling, adjusted configs for avoiding Ina/Search requests and adjusted the localhost visualisation, to make the launchpad locally more prominent and avoiding confusion due to redundant Launchpad links with many services. Moreover the launchpad name is no longer bookshop and if one can now provide an url for the version to use that one to get the Ui5 distribution.

Hi Marten,

Great to hear you like the project! A big thank you for the improvements & making this a real CAP plugin. (this closes #10) I'm already merging these changes & will push the new major release to npm as well. Only thing missing here, might be an update to the readme file. (I'll try to add the new documentation in the next few days)
