Allow for configurable wrap margin #2

Atom's Zen Mode has a hardcoded viewing window of 70 characters. Wrap Lines is hardcoded to wrap at 80 characters. By allowing Wrap Lines users to specify a configurable wrap margin, these two plugins could play nicely together. Note that I've created a similar request on the Zen Mode side as well.

Hi @cbeams and @marcker! I have released another version that has this option and has a minor bug fix. There are still a # of things I could do to make the code better, but I think it's functional for the moment. Please let me know of any issues or whether the module can be improved further :). If it works well, let me know and I'll close the issue.
