Add support for data based model parameter identification #67

A challenge in compliant actuator modelling is to actually obtain all the parameters of the actuator required by the models. For some parameters this is straightforward, for others it is not. It would be a nice feature of the toolbox, if it would support the process of parameter identification through a module that implements common methods for experiment design and identification.
