added new board low cost for a camrea holder that acts like a stack... #2

will need to cut holes out to fit HQ camera if someone could work out how to cut them out i couldn't get it to have all pieces cut out for some reason ... this will go below the raspberrypi making a compact model.. have a fellow coming up with a plug type pcb that will also have can-bus capability's using high and low can.. hopefully this helps
