Command: "Gefyra: Up"

When calling the "Gefyra: Up" command in the command pallete, I would open a selection of different variations for inserting argument options, similar to something like this (vscode dev: "add dev container configuration files"):

I suggest the following three options

• basic -> one without any input, basically just calling "gefyra up"
• custom -> prompting for most used arguments (endpoint/minikube?)
• expert -> prompting all arguments
