Bypassable guard in Hikari Castle. #123

Also in the castle in Hikari on the 1st floor where a guard stops you from entering the royal charmbers you can get past him if you walk past him keeping to the bottom wall

This was a work around so I could test something on the second floor.

The guard/events no longer exist.
