I enabled issues on my fork, if you want to make them there instead of here.

Either way works for me tho. Just mark them with Hikari or something.

Looks like none of the Lab equipment in tileset 56 has pass-though prevented, I think I fixed it all but I can't test the game at work. Should be able to confirm later on today.

The large tilesets weren't thoroughly processed when assembled, so there are missing or incorrect passage and priority settings for a number of tiles. It's very likely that this is what the issue is in this case (as you suggest) and many of the other issues that darkos619 reported.

AnimeEagle has been working a while on the creation of tilesets that should solve this, but it will probably take some time before it's finished.

That's fine I've been finding lots of small issues, I usually just fix them as I go.

Half the time I'm doing world building I'm at work killing some time, and I can't play-test the stuff I build (half tempted to just change the title screen to something benign on my fork so I can), so I sometimes miss things like pass-through, priority, or 4way being wrong on a given tile.

Is there a specific 'Master' tileset I should be using? I've been using 56 and 57 mostly.

56 is the one I try to use the most, but it's more geared towards the outdoors. As long as you try to avoid any of the "master" tilesets that's still around for legacy reasons; I don't think there will be any issue with what you use.

I wouldn't sweat it when it comes to missing priorities and passages. You used to be able to walk on walls and roofs in Dali, so I wouldn't class the issues reported as surprising, or even unexpeceted; given what you have to work with.
