i have problem in having myself getting someone to get out in carthage i think i need some comrade to get out in the carthage how to go in other town except carthage and how do i pay my house debt...?

Carthage is the end of the main plot as of now, but there are villages both north (north east of Dali, the starting town) and south west of Carthage which are available to explore.
