You can become the pimp's slave and then become Dean's slave (although the beginning dialogue is a bit different when you first talk to Dean as the pimp's slave), but it doesn't work the other way around.

I'm not sure it's such a good idea to have the slave master change at will like this, so my thinking is that the transfer of ownership to Dean is rather questionable. I guess it could be played off as a special circumstance, when the ownership technically isn't changed, but it should probably be explored better to avoid future issues and for consistency.
