Don't swap deprioritized "Take" swaps all items to below "Walk here #58

Right now this is essentially toggling "Right click to pick up items" mode. Tried turning off menu entry swapper, ground items, and removing all of my custom swaps but none of that worked.

probably fixed in 2.5.10.
