Magic and tool animations. #1

Lots of cool animations are magic animations.

Also, it'd be cool if you could do stuff like change your mining animation to the ancient mace special attack.

someone in runelite discord mentioned the dream spell and the flying carpet animation.

some other ones I think are cool: enchanting salves (5637), whatever animation your character does while overloading at cox, clueless clue scroll (have these ids but forgot to include for some reason), godsword specs (left these out cause they replace your weapon but I should really put em back in),

spell animations would be cool like if when using my sang I can make it use the slayer dart or fire surge animation instead of the standard trident animation

Animation ID 1851 would be funny for movement. Flying like Superman.

@geheur Are there still plans for custom IDs? I've seen it mentioned over here 3 years ago, and then nothing after that. I saw that the 'Resting' plugin had options for custom animations, but as the name suggests, it's just for resting and doesn't go well with moving. But perhaps implementation is similar, if there's any trouble with that.
