clone prototype conflict with IE7.js #100

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. having this clone prototype
http://my.opera.com/GreyWyvern/blog/show.dml/1725165
and the IE7hack at the same time produces an error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected no errors as I can see no abnormalys

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE6,winxp- IE7.js

Please provide any additional information below.
