Background PNGs won't switch out on :hover #112

What steps will reproduce the problem?
HTML: ul li a (navigation menu)
Styled to switch out background pngs on :hover.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Background png for link should switch out on :hover. This does not happen.
Also, although the links still work, the cursor does not turn into pointer
on mouseover.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Most recent version of product. Testing in IETester v0.2.2 as well as
actual IE6. Win XP.
