position: fixed #131

1. Use position: fixed in IE6
2. Scroll down all the way, and don't stop when you get to the end.

It should stop scrolling, but instead it keeps going down

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I can see the same problem just on the example page: http://ie7-
js.googlecode.com/svn/test/fixed.html
If I scroll down all the way and go on scrolling, the red block that is 
supposed to 
be fixed will disappear and the page seems to be able to scroll for ever, with 
the 
scroll bar getting smaller and smaller. Indeed it's quite scary.
I'm using windows xp and a stand-alone ie6 version. Perhaps the stand-alone ie6 
is 
different from native ie6?

Can you provide a test page? The demo page works as expected.
