IE7 issue when position is set to static #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. view this page: http://serpentvenom.com/sampleHome.html
2. Once the page loads, IE7 repositions the yellow column down to be
aligned with the green column.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
http://ie7-js.googlecode.com/svn/version/2.0(beta3)/IE8.js on MS Windows XP
Media Center Edition SP3.

Can you provide a simple test page to illustrate the problem? I don't have time 
to 
debug the entire page. Try to reduce the problem to the core CSS/HTML.
