Position:fixed, 'left' and 'cut' bugs #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. position:fixed for some box.
2. make the box 'left:20%' for example;
3. see its only 20px from the left, always. this is not so for 'right:20%'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- tested on IE6 (multiple IE's version), under WinXP.
- IE7.JS ver 2.0 (beta)
