Be compatible to beets both pre and post 1.4.6. #24

I'm not sure whether it is really worth bothering with supporting old-ish beets. However, currently setup.py and the CHANGELOG state different things about the minimum required version, and I could cherry-pick this commit from my repo. At the very least, we should bump all versions to 1.4.6 or so (I believe there's no breaking change in 1.4.7)

I think we should support older versions of beets. I fixed the docs in the changelog and the readme in https://github.com/geigerzaehler/beets-alternatives/commit/529a241dc304b7b94535d8625431c1c632ff6015
