Enable travis email notifications #29

As discussed in #28. I added my (encrypted, https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/encryption-keys) mail for notifications, the PR is mostly to check whether I got the travis syntax right.

Which immediately notified my of a failing build... I guess travis' py38-dev was updated in the meantime, which broke beets. Fix underway, see https://github.com/beetbox/beets/pull/3278
