[Bug] Application not responding error frequently shows on startup

Bug description

This alert frequently comes up when I start the app. I suspect it's because it's loading all my audiobooks (I have many), which takes a while so the system thinks the application isn't responding.

Instead, the app should launch instantly, and the audiobooks should be loaded in parallel (with a priority of the app launching so it's snappy). You could also display a loading spinner in the list of audiobooks so it's clear they're loading.

Steps to reproduce

• Add many audiobooks to a slow drive (mine are on an old HDD)
• Reboot your device
• Make sure you've mounted the drive
• Open Cozy. If it's very slow, it should display the error alert

System Information

• Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
• Installation source: flatpak
• Version of cozy: 0.8.1

I've waited for someone to report this due to a massive library or something :P Definitely something that I'll implement in the future!
