support for podcasts, audio drama and other files that are not audio books #765

besides audio books i listen to a lot of audio drama, short stories, and podcasts, and unfortunately they don't usually follow the title/author/reader struture of audio books. in fact it's a mess.

i do not like to make changes to files since that makes them different from the originally downloaded file, but even if i would want to to that, i have way to many files to fix them all manually.

as a workaround i am patching cozy to show filenames in appropriate places.

i am not making pull requests from those because i don't think this workaround is wanted by everyone, but i want to share it here in case someone finds it useful.

I have listened to podcasts by rewriting the tags. However, Cozy doesn't like that for a different reason.

Adding a new episode appears as a chapter in a book. Removing an old episode shows up as a chapter whos file has just gone missing. So old episodes accumulate as dead chapters and you have to delete the book entirely to reset it all.
