Make `youtube` able to separate between normal vids, teasers and shorts #30

Teasers are published with a specific release date, they should not be processed until they are ready. They could be announced, though?

Short should be specified in output.

Settings for how to publish and where for both of these.

e787e7aec683ecb54b9200a05a94c73fbc2edd8b makes it possible to filter out shorts based on if the hashtag is in the title, but not all shorts use this.

The xml-feeds from youtube does not show if a video is a short or not, which makes it really hard to identify.
