Airdrops should have more than 1 copy given per card #7

Currently all GEIST airdrops are given out at 1/card - sometimes this is fine but for other things, such as GEISTIES, it would be beneficial to make either more than is airdropped or give more than one to each cardholder so they may sell or transfer the extra.
