great plugin!

Would be nice to have it at this place instead of obsolete HotswapAgent plugin:

You have rights to project https://github.com/HotswapProjects/HotswapAgentPages now, there is file ./pages/mydoc/mydoc_setup_intellij_idea.md , please remove old plugin reference and add HotswapHelper. Pages will be refreshed after push - it could take some time to be refreshed fully. Thanks!
