Error message requires future date-time, but past date-times are valid
The error message for an invalid date-time requires a "valid future date-time of the format...", however, you are able to input past date-times.

Currently we allow adding past date-times. We have mentioned this behavior in our DG under Planned Enhancements. Hence, we consider this out of scope of our current product.
