fix!: update for magit-20240624 #7

On Jun 24, 2024, magit-insert-untracked-files switches to magit-insert-files to insert files. The template should update accordingly.

Could you add this patch, too? It bumps magit in CI so the tests can actually find the new functions. Nevermind, I have permissions to push to your branch by default :p

Otherwise, everything seems good.
