When accessing Weather Notification (with WNS:BiggerText) from the
notification area and bringing up the notification interface
(Picture1), when I press the refresh icon at the bottom of the
interface, I get a FC (Picture2). Everything else seems to work OK.
I'm including a catlog.txt, if that will help.
