Set up background color for notification #32

Currently there are only options to set up the color of the text for notification: black and white. Need to allow to define the background color for the notification too. At least currently on Lollipop all native notifications are black on white, while Weather Notification looks white on black because of the default dark background.

Affects all skins.

Hello, all notifications are white on lollipop but your app's is BLACK no matter which theme's installed..! Why is that? Also, temperature icon in notification bar is HALF SIZE of other icons.. Please fix! Waiting for your reply, thanks!
