Problem with longtitude/latitude in Brazil #40

Hello.
I've downloaded your app today and I'm pretty satisfied until now. But I'd like to request some improvements.
I live in Brazil, where numbers have period (.) as three-digit separator and comma (,) as decimal separator. Hence, when you pick latitude/longitude coordinates, they come as, for instance, "-23,1328471,-47,4876787" instead of "-23.1328471,-47.4876787". Because of that, I need to set location manually (it fails to update location automatically).
Other minor issue is that pt-br translation for "Humidity" is "Umidade" and not "Humidade".

indeed, when the location is on the southern hemisphere, or on the west of London, the only detect setting it works is manually.
