Add units preferences to Gadgetbridge skin #51

It would be wonderful if the Gadgetbridge skin had the same units preferences as the Built-in skin; i.e., Temperature units and Wind speed units. Alternately, those preferences would be at the application level rather than the skin level so the same preferences would apply to all skins.

This issue makes GadgetBridge on my Amazfit Bip somewhat useless :-/
