centaur for file posting #239

in the tutorial it says to run

wget http://centaur.biochem.brandeis.edu/Rpb1SNAP549_glimpse.zip

I assume centaur is one of the Theobald lab computers. We should use some kind of cloud storage (e.g., github or github pages) to serve this file.
