Calcualte `theta_probs` as Monte Carlo expecation #260

fix gaussian_spot import in qtgui.py
fit command also computes stats after fitting
Remove full Cosmos model; now it has only marginal version
theta_probs are calculated as Monte Carlo expectation
switch back to unit_interval constraint for m_probs
