Clickable Elements #14

A user should be able to somehow select elements for deletion on the map.  A 
few ways to do it

1.) Have a "select tool" where you can drag a box around the elements, then 
press the "delete" key
2.) Right click an element, and have a menu open with options "Open" and 
"Delete"

Also, lines do not seem to be currently clickable, so we should add this for 
lines as well as nodes.
