Create a project display presenter which will show up whenever a new project is 
opened. This tab will show recently run distributions, etc.

The project display presenter (with its project display view) will be bound to 
a tab that will be created and attached to the tab panel whenever a project is 
loaded. Whenever a new project is loaded, the old tab containing the project 
display presenter should be deleted and replaced with an entirely new tab bound 
to the project display presenter that is constructed using the project id of 
the project that was selected. Follows a format similar to the 
objectexplorerpresenter/objectexplorerview and 
schematiceditorpresenter/schematiceditorview classes.
