Scales the gelly gun bounding box by the current particle radius, to avoid explosions at larger radii

I completely forgot that multiple radiuses is radii

should also fix at smaller radii the particles are so far apart that they're invisible lol

Haven't forgot about this, just focusing on some blockers which may or may not affect the PR
