Context

We have a new library, PHYParser, exclusively for parsing physmeshs from a .phy file. It also works for BSPs.

Scope

Add PHYParser as a submodule
Switch map loading and object adding to use PHY
Keep fallback paths

Acceptance Criteria

Collisions use the physmesh, if possible.
