Incident Description

Gelly has been struck and taken down by a massive change to GMod's rendering code--most of which is used by Gelly to perform rendering.

Currently known issues:

[x] D3DDeviceWrapper offset changed (shaderapidx9.dll)
[x] GetCubemap sig changed (materialsystem.dll)
[x] GetTextureHandle crashes (materialsystem.dll)
