I fixed most of the errors showed by the output of the pep8 command.

Recurring errors where :

• trailing spaces
• too many or too few lines (between def declarations in a class or in a file)
• spaces around operators (both in keyword arguments and in regular code)
• spaces after '{' or before '}'

Left to do :

• some lines are still more than 80 characters long
• pylint shows naming errors (CamelCase instead of lower_case and such) and too many public method errors
• some variables seem unused, this has to be confirmed by someone who knows how the code works
