The command to install this tool via scoop is scoop install pass-winmenu-nogpg

Thanks for the pull request! I wasn't aware that scoop also distributed it. Merged.

Should probably remove that initial "A" as the sentence doesn't make sense A Chocolatey and Scoop packages are also available.
